Qualifications
- Qualifications are different for each volunteer role
- Volunteers may see these qualifications in the list, but not all volunteers are required to have them
- Examples of qualifications include certifications, forms, and online or in-person training courses
- Programs or opportunities may have specific or specialized requirements to participate in volunteer activities
- Examples:
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Cards
- Driver License & Motor Vehicle Record Review
Volunteer Registration Form
- All Department volunteers are required to electronically sign the volunteer registration form annually

- Volunteers between 13 and 17 years old will provide the email address of a parent or guardian who will also sign the form
- Volunteers under the age of 13 will need to have a physical form signed
- Volunteers will receive a reminder to sign the Volunteer Registration Form annually

- Click Here to Create a Volunteer (Non-State Worker) Account on TraCorp
- Use access code (given by the program ) to create an account
- Complete the demographic information requested then click on CREATE ACCOUNT
- Volunteers will receive an email from admin@adoa.server.tracorp.com with their username and password (Example: GF100###)
- Search for training using the course code or name (Example: LAW3000 - Conduct for State Volunteers)
