- Volunteers have the opportunity to take training courses offered to AZGFD Staff and specialized classes for just for volunteers
- When volunteers respond to an opportunity with training qualifications they will be provided a link to TraCorp and the course codes
- Click Here to Create a Volunteer (Non-State Worker) Account on TraCorp
- Use access code ac3db711 to create an account
- Complete the demographic information requested then click on CREATE ACCOUNT
- Volunteers will receive an email from admin@adoa.server.tracorp.com with their username and password

- Volunteers may have assigned courses in TraCorp to complete
- Volunteers may also search for content using the course code provided in Qualification
- Example: LAW3000 - Conduct for State Volunteers
- Computer based training (CBT) is on demand learning that is available to volunteers at any time
- In person courses will only appear when a classroom session has been scheduled
- Contact the volunteer administrator for the volunteer role to be added to the waitlist for future sessions
