Trim trees impeding the nature trail walk way. Some weeds must be bagged to be discarded in the dumpster. The weeds to be bagged will be identified by hatchery staff. They include sand burrs, goat heads, star and bull thistle, etc. At times, there is a need to remove aquatic vegetation from ponds and water conveyance ditches. Also, there is a need for spreading wood chips along the nature trail designated areas. This opportunity is located at 1925 N Page Springs Rd Cornville AZ. Tools and equipment will be provided. The host will spend much of the time near the visitor entrance, and be able to move around the hatchery as needed. The host will also be required to monitor visitors around the facility, pick up any trash, and help maintain the grounds particularly around the parking lot and ramada. At times when there are few visitors the host will be called upon to help with other groundskeeping and tasks around the hatchery. There may be an opportunity for the host to live on site in their own RV for a limited time. Reference and background checks will be conducted. A written agreement of conduct must be understood and signed to live on site. This will be discussed when the site is available. The host will be required to follow the guidance and direction of the hatchery manager and staff.
