Come join us at the 46th annual Take a Kid Fishing Event at La Paz County Park in Parker, AZ on February 7, 2026. Volunteers can be expected to assist with registration, rod and reel set-up, assisting new anglers with baiting hooks and how to cast, assisting new anglers with reeling in fish and taking fish off a line, etc. Registration begins at 9am and fishing starts at 10am. If you have a passion for fishing and working with new fishermen and women, then this is the perfect opportunity for you! We look forward to seeing you then.
