Join us for a morning along the Gila River cleaning up trash and assisting with some much needed up-keep in the area. The "EL Mirage Habitat Enhancement Site" is located where the Gila River crosses S. El Mirage Rd. We will meet at the pull-off on the West side of El Mirage Rd. Parking is allowed for this event along both sides of El Mirage Rd (regardless of "no parking" signage).
Tools and gloves will be available if needed
Wear proper attire for being outdoors and in the sun, i.e. hat and sunscreen.
Riverbed is very uneven and rocky, ensure proper footwear.
Water will be available on-site, although we ask that you be sure to bring plenty of your own.
