Volunteers will team up with an experienced counter at one of 3 assigned locations (near a body of water in the Willcox area) just before dawn (6:30 AM) and estimate/record the size of each flight of cranes as they fly overhead. Must be prepared for standing outside in cold weather, and preferably able to drive your own vehicle to the location. Count usually lasts until 8 or 9 am.
