The Arizona Game and Fish Department will be conducting a quail check station on Willow Springs Rd (see map below). The check station will be operated by 2-3 Department employees and volunteers from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM on October 19, 2024, and 8:00 AM to Noon on Oct 20, 2024. Set up is at 7:30. As hunters leave this hunt area we will ask them a few questions and inspect their quail to record species, age, hours hunted, and other harvest related information. This is a good opportunity to get out and gain hands-on experience collecting biological information.
